Booking Policies

*When scheduling your appointment, you must add on all services that you would like, as you will not be able to add them on once you arrive 

*Prices are non-negotiable, no exceptions

*Deposit must be paid electronically, immediately upon booking or your appointment will be canceled, no exceptions (cashapp/zelle listed below)

*Must wear a face mask while in the establishment, no exceptions

*Must cancel/reschedule appointment at least 48 hours prior to existing appointment or your deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions

*You get a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is canceled and deposit forfeited, no exceptions

*Must arrive with hair free of all braids, glue, tracks, and any other additions, or a $50 dollar upcharge will be added to your service

*Must arrive with any and all tracks, braiding hair, and/or accessories that you would like to use as you will not be allowed to go to the store 

*All services include a shampoo, no exceptions

*Any product(s) supplied by the client must be prescribed by a licensed medical professional, no exceptions

*We apologize for any inconvenience, but all services must be paid electronically via cashapp and/or zelle
